By accessing or using Jinike AI ("the Service"), operated by Jinike AI, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Jinike AI is a personal AI life operating system that helps you manage email, calendar, tasks, and social media through a unified intelligent interface. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), WhatsApp, and others.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to infringe on the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate or distribute misleading or harmful content

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, etc.) through their official APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You authorize Jinike AI to access your accounts on these platforms solely to provide the Service's functionality, and you may revoke access at any time through the dashboard.

Jinike AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, draft emails, create posts, and perform other tasks. While we employ verification systems (including our Hallucination Defense System) to improve accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions taken by the Service on your behalf, including emails sent, calendar events created, social media posts published, and messages delivered.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Jinike AI, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jinike AI, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content or the reliability of third-party integrations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Iowa.
